Hi there! My name is Tabitha Giaquinto, and my pronouns are she/her/hers. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida and Delaware. I provide in-person & telehealth services in Florida and telehealth-only services in Delaware, as I am based out of our Stuart, FL office. I know finding a good match in a therapist can be difficult, especially if the idea of being vulnerable with someone brings a sense of discomfort. In my work with clients, I provide unconditional positive support, a safe and inclusive environment, and individualized care for all the folks I work with. I understand what it’s like to be on the couch of a therapist’s office and not know where to start, which allows me to understand and empathize.

I have specialized experience in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, and LGBTQIA2S+ (including the transgender and gender non-conforming populations). I utilize a trauma-informed approach when working with my clients, tailoring interventions based on the specific needs of each person and their experiences. What that means is that I believe safety, competency, collaboration, empowerment, and transparency are paramount to my practice. I operate from the understanding that you have the “solution” within your being, and my role is to complement your ability to overcome so you can feel whole within yourself. Everyone deserves and is worthy of feeling whole, so no matter the reason you wish to seek therapy, I look forward to being your guide to you discovering your true and authentic self.

In my off time, I’m probably hanging out with my two dogs, Archie and Tetris, playing video games (The Sims, Kingdom Hearts, Witcher 3, and Assassin’s Creed Valhalla are some of my favorites), spending time with my friends and family, and supporting the local music scene. I find joy in creativity, play, and honoring my authentic self.

I believe, wholeheartedly, that owning your story and narrative allows you the opportunity to write a beautiful ending that is unique to you.
